Stuffed Steak Con Salsa Verde

1 2in. cut sirlion
1 cup diced red, green, yellow bell pepper, onion
1 tbsp. butter/margarine
for flavoring: paprika,
pepper,
salt
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 can green salsa verde
Taking the bell peppers, minced garlic, and the onion, you will have to saute in the butter/margarine and the seasonings until soft.
While the stuffing is being cooked , take the steak and on the middle of the side slice a pocket. When I say this I mean don't go all the way through the steak, or all the way across just make a pocket within the steak.
When you have completed making the pocket, take the stuffing and pour into the pocket. Don't stick a tooth pick into the steak , because you want the flavors to roam freely throughout the steak.
Take your steak and grill until well done. After the steak is finished, heat up the verde sauce and pour onto the steak. Enjoy!
