Tropical Delight

2T Island Pineapple geletin (dry out of box)
6T boiling water
3 scoops vanilla ice-cream
1 8 oz. can mixed fruit (juice included)

Mix the geletin with the water. Stir brisquely. Quickly add the ice-cream. Blend in fruit, stirring constently. Pour into two 1-cup glasses. Eat and enjoy!
Serves 2.
