        Tuna Spinach Casserole

        2 10 oz Frozen chopped spinich (May use fresh but NOT CANNED)
        1 6-1/2 oz can Tuna
        1 medium chopped onion
        1 tbl sp butter
        1 cup fresh bread (edges cut off) & cut into 1/2 inch squares
        1 cup white sauce
        2 T butter
        1 1/2 T flour
        1 cup milk

        Make the white sauce w/ chopped onion, Cook Spinich according to dirrections, drain, add white sauce, layer 1/2 spinich in casserole dish, top with tuna, ad remaining spinich, Top with bread squares dredged in 1 tblspn melted butter. Place in 400 degree oven & bake until bread is brown & sauce is bubbly. Season to taste. ENJOY!
