1.5 lb. flank steak 1 T. red wine vinegar
1/3 C vegetable oil 2 T. garlic powder
1/2 t. salt
Directions: Score steak on both sides in 1.5" squares. Put in
deep bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
Refrigerate. Marinate for at least three hours, turning meat
once. Remove. Place meat on lightly greased broiler pan. Broil
each side 4 to 5 minutes. Serve. Enjoy!
