hey-i have to admit-at one time i got a little annoyed at barney-that was before i had 2 kids-i never knew barney could be such a friend-there are times when we cant seem to make our 9 month old happy but you put in a video of barney and its like magic-mabey we need to look at it from a childs point of view-if they enjoy it why dont we not complain just because we are self- centered and only want to think about what is good for us-if you dont like barney -turn the channel-thanks for the chance to voice my opinion
Barney is the best thing that has ever been invented. My daughter has learned more watching him than I could ever have dreamed. All this anti-Barney is completely uncalled for. Barney was invented for toddlers, not adults. You've always heard: "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all" I wish people would remember that saying and keep their mouths shut because whether they like it or not, he is a great inspiration to these toddlers. Most people who are anti-Barney have probably never even watched his show and they probably don't even have children. I say keep the Barney shows and stuff coming. I just wish Barney paraphenalia could be found a whole lot easier. >From a satisfied mother in Mississippi!
Barney rules!!! It keeps our 11 month old Jake kickin' and smiling and that's all that matters. The songs are kind of catchy, too! I think he teaches good values and, morals and is a positive influence in my son's life. To all you anti-Barney people, lighten up!

Barney is wonderful for teaching children.
Barney is a purple pest who teaches people not to be individuals. EVERYTHING HAS TO BE DONE TOGETHER. And it teaches nothing like emotional intelligence. The bad feelings, saddnes, worry, anger, jealosy, they don't exist at all! It's like you're a bad guy if you have those feelings. And the adults on the show. The kisd probably think they have bad parents cuase they don't sing and dance! geez... what kind of a society are we having here?
If barney goes on any longer,there will be a world of dancing,happy kids on earth! Whoever is the guy who dresses up in that barney costume, i feel very sorry for.

My coment is that Barney is great.
It doesn't matter what adults think of Barney the children love to watch him and he is very educational for them. I sure there are people out there that dislikes Seasame Street but nobody acts as stupid about it as they do Barney. My son is 21 months old can work a VCR, count, knows his colors, shapes and ABC's most of which he learned from watching Barney. I personally don't wish to watch him but I will with my son and to me that is all that counts!
Dear auther I am 12 years old and I think that barney should be taken off the air and all the merchandice be destroyed and it should be outlawed forever.
I have two boys, my oldest one is almost three and adores Barney so much. He loves the movies and the books and now that we have recently sighned up on the internet there is so much more to see and do. Barney is one of the best kids shows compared to some of the other ridiculus shows that are out there. Barney is all learning and fun. These Barney killer websites make me sick...
