Notes for Charles ROPER

Family located in Stewart Co. TN
The two Wyatt twins listed with this family were foster children who were left
by their parents with the Ropers when the twins got sick on the way west. The
real parents never came back for the boys to claim them and they were raised
by the Ropers as their own children. The twins were left with the Ropers in
about 1832.
