1) Q: How do you tell taxi drivers to get to Zeckendorf Towers?

A: I used to say, "Please go to 15th Street, between Irving Place and Union Square", which would give them the general idea, and as we pulled up, I would say, "You can make a left turn into the driveway." However, after 6 years of saying that, I now start by saying "Please go to Zeckendorf Towers on 15th Street, between Irving Place and Union Square", which has the advantage of slowly accustoming them to know our building. Maybe in the future I can say (to most cabbies): "Zeckendorf Towers, 15th Street, please."
