The following are articles found on the internet that are written for reading by Catholic Homeschooling Families.

"The Fate of the Essenes and the Future of Catholic Homeschoolers"

written by Fr. Riley. This is a very good ariticle comparing the Essenes who lived in the time of Christ to Catholic homeschoolers. It praises homeschoolers for going back to the basics of teaching and liturgy. It warns against reactionism, seperatism, and the apocalyptic mindset. He finishes with very good advice on dealing with your local parish. The advice is good for everyone, not just homeschoolers. It is well worth reading! This and other excellent reading can be found at the TORCH. website.

The Seven Steps to Preparing to Be a Homeschooling Father

written by Steve Wood. This is an excellent article for Fathers thinking about or are already homeschooling. Steve Wood is a convert to the Catholic faith and is a homeschooling father. He has started St. Joseph's Convenent Keepers to include the Catholic element in the Promise Keeper Movement for men. More articles on homeschooling can be found by placing the keyword "homeschool" into the search engine in EWTN's excellent library.
