I really liked what this writer had to say, so many times this is true and we are unhappy, but we know not why. This writer had a very important message to share. I hope this may help someone or shed some light on the very true nature we all share at one time or another.

Loneliness is a thing that comes to us all. We must learn what it means. That we are not giving ourselves to others; to feel is to know there are things we can be doing that will make our hearts glad, then loneliness cannot enter. We must feel others, for only by feeling others can we feel ourselves.

This is important to know. Those who turn around when others are in need are building a "Cavern" that is called "Loneliness", when we do good thing's for and with others this cavern is filled up with good feelings that come from the heart. Then there is no place for loneliness.
