Tips for Buyers

1. Sign your emails with your first and last name when you inquire about a model.

2. Know the first AND last name of the other person and record it (as well as snail/email addy, phone #, etc.) on paper. This will save a lot of panic and confusion if something happens to your computer.

3. Ask for and check for references if you've never dealt with the person before now. The MHIBB has had up to 7 complaints on some people, and it never hurts to ask around.
4. Make certain you understand the terms of the deal very clearly. Know who will send what when and how and be sure to record it.

5. Do not ask a seller to put a model on hold for you unless you fully intend to buy it. If something happens and you are not able to buy a model a seller has on hold for you, notify the seller immediately.

6. If you cannot or do not send your payment on the day you said you would, notify the seller immediately. Let the seller know when you will be sending payment.

7. If the model is slow getting to you, don't panic! Be patient and maintain contact with the seller, or keep trying to contact the seller.

8. Let the seller know when the model arrives and if you're satisfied with it.

9. If the deal goes well, reward the seller with a praise to the MHIBB.
:-) If it goes sour, and you are unable to work things out, let the MHIBB know the details in a complaint.
