Here's the Happy Ending story of Kody:
We adopted Kody, a 7-week old nameless chocolate lab mix puppy, from TLC on September 12, 2008. We needed a companion for Bunny, our 4 year old black lab, because she had become lonely and depressed after the passing of our other dog, Komet. We brought Bunny to the shelter to meet her potential new friend and she was more scared of him than he was of her. He was a quite the bold little thing and it didn't matter that he was only as big as her head. Within a short amount of quiet together time at home they warmed up to each other and are now best buddies. Kody has proven to be very intelligent and really enjoys obedience lessons, he really loves to please people. At 5 months he can perform sit, stay, down, and crawl. We are working on rolling over as well. We are hoping to get him involved in the VIP program with TLC now that he has gotten all of his shots and is neutered.
