Here's the happy ending story of Roscoe:
Dear T.L.C.,
Jean Pratl and Kelly Wetherald adopted Roscoe, a female German Shepherd. She was adopted at the end of August.
Roscoe is a very good dog. She plays with all kinds of balls. Roscoe even walks very nicely on the leash with Jean. She is even good with other dogs.
Roscoe is a very good watch dog, but, she doesn't really like men very much. Roscoe is trained. She listens very well to commands.
This is why Jean Pratl and Kelly Wetherald adopted Roscoe.
