Here's the happy ending story of Scooby & Brody (formerly Ripley):

Scooby as a puppy

On October 14th, 2002 my family and I went looking for a dog. We searched for hours stopping at many shelters and conventions, when we stopped over at the cutest little animal shelter called T.L.C. Even though I was only about 7 years old, I remember this day like it was yesterday, it was the day we got Scooby. We looked around and then saw this jumping puppy in one of the cages named Scooby he is a Golden Retriever Beagle mix. My littlest sister was in love with Scooby-Doo at the time so we had to look at him. We decided we liked him and so we took him home with us. I had finally gotten my first dog. Four years later, I decided it was time for another, Scooby needed companionship and someone to play with when he was at home everyday while I was at school. I looked for 3 months and fell in love with a few dogs, by then I saw Ripley, a Pug Beagle mix (we figured out that he must have some Chow-Chow in him) and I knew he was the one. We went to see him and fell in love, especially since when we got there he was being looked at by a lady and her two daughters.

Thank You T.L.C for all that you do for animals, especially my boys
