Philip was born in Portland Mills, PA 15 JAN 1917. Philip died 2 JAN 1997 in Olean, Cattaraugus, NY, USA, at 79 years of age. His body was interred 6 JAN 1997 in Allegany, Cattaraugus, NY, USA, St. Bonaventure Cemetery.
