BadGirls.Org began with a small group of women, "The Notorious 17", that decided they wanted more than what other groups on the web had to offer. They wanted democracy within a group and the ability to speak ones mind in a non-hurtful manner without fear of censorship. They wanted a group that had the ability to support each other, network causes, remember each other with prayers and good vibrations and thoughts, but also to be able to debate an issue in a civil manner and hopefully broaden the horizons of it's members.
I was lucky enough to be one of the "Notorious 17" and out of this desire
