OK, finally we have some information here...

Bills surname FLEGG is from English(England) origin.
His mothers maiden name is Oostrom, from Holland. Today, there are about 50 Oostroms in all of Canada. Her family, and her husbands family are both large, including twins on the Oostrom side 2 times in one generation, and twins once in Bill's fathers siblings.

Charlie and Bessie Flegg were Bill's father's parents. They had 15 children.

Cornelius and Hendrike Oostrom had 13, with 2 sets of twins.
