I think this is Andrew Joseph Moore, brother to Grevious Bob Moore. By his death date and age listed, I think he was born Aug 6, 1849.
The stone is broken and has been repaired so the parts are together, so part of the date is missing: it reads:

I think the date is Dec 8, or more likely 18 or 28, as up close it looks like there is a digit that is just missing on the split part of the stone.

No proof yet, but family letters written to Francis Bell Ferris mention an "Uncle George Bell, and cousin Wm Charles" I am sure that Wm Charles and Francis Bell are cousins to each other. I also have a stone with 2 of their children on it.
