Notes for Richard Lee KELLEHER

He was in Clarks Summit State Hospital until his death (no one was allowed
to see him. It was said that he had mental problems.
"Lee, son of Jerry Kelleher, has been discharged from the Army because of
disability." (FOREST CITY NEWS - 30 Apr 1925)
"Richard Lee Kelleher, 71 Depot Street, Forest City, died on Friday,
April 16,
at Clarks Summit State Hospital after a short illness.
Born in Forest City, son of Mrs. Ina Kelleher, and the late Jeremiah
Kelleher,
He was a member of St. Agnes church and its societies.
Surviving are four brothers; Herbert (Jerome), Highland Falls, N.Y.; Paul,
Washingtonville, N.Y.; Raymond, Lancaster, Pa; Cornelius, Danville, PA;
four
sisters, Eleanor and Veronica at home; Mrs. Ina Cutler, Hicksville, N.Y.;
Mrs.
Naomi Pelella, Highland Falls, N.Y.
The funeral was Monday from the McGranaghan-Wilczinski Funeral Home,
Forest City with a mass at 9:30 in St. Agnes church. Interment, St.
Agnes cemetery."
