

"Marlene's Glazed Lemon Nut Bread"
4 - tablespoon butter or margarine
3/4 - cup white sugar
2 - eggs
2 - teaspoon grated lemon peel
"Cream Above Ingrediants Together"



"In Another Bowl"
2 - cups sifted all purpose flour
2 1/2 - teaspoon baking powder
1 - teaspoon salt
3/4 - cup milk
1/2 - cup chopped walnuts
"Sift Dry Ingrediants Together"

Add Both Creamy Mixture And Dry Mixture Alternately

Beat until smooth after each addition. Stir in walnuts, then pour into a greased 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 X 2 1/2 inch loaf pan.
"Bake at 350% for 50 - 55 minutes."

"Let Cool In Pan"



"Glaze For Nut Bread"
2 - teaspoon lemon juice
2 - tablespoon sugar
Mix thoroughly and pour over Nut Bread
