Hi,looking for imformation on my grandfather and grandmother Myers. Sallie Carlinda Myers b May 12, 1912 she married William Dempsey Myers B- March 2, 1895, would like to find out who their parents where. I have been told that my Sallie was Cheorkee and t at Willaim was German, I also have been told that they where cousin.They lived in N.C , in Yadkin, or Yancey County. Came across your site and really enjoyed it. Never knew so many people were looking for Myers. I have been searching for James M. Myers, b: 9-30-1861,in Crawfordville, Montgomery CO;Indiana. He married Ora Lee Williams, from Carterville, Illinois. They were married in Cairo, Illinois on 9-12-1892. Had eight kids:Laurence,Lucille, Flarence,Barney,Edgar,James,Geneva,Harry. James owened five silent movie theaters, was also Bank Director of his brothers bank in Ullin, Illinois. Brothers of James: D.E.Myers, R.L.Myers. (wife's) Etta,Myrtle. (daughters of brothers) Clara E. married a Mr Dodd. Pearl married a Dan Sullivan had two kids, Kenneth and Betty Jane. Ted (female) Etta's daughter married twice and left for the Arizona's. Have a little more. Hope this will help someone else that is looking. Thank you Barbara

My GreatGrandmother was Rosanna Mayers/Myers I have two different spelling of her name. She married Neil Taylor he was from Canada. I do not know where Rosanna was from. Her and Neil had there first child in Ohio or Canada. then they went to North Dakota and had a daughter- and my grandfather Herbert William Taylor, then they moved back to Canada. But in 1935-40 Herbert moved to Ohio. Any of this people in your line?

I am currently researching the Karl Heckel family history. I am looking for Gieser/Geiser family 4 members which immigrated from Germany between 1889 and 1892. The father, two sons, and one daughter. One son was adopted out and name changed to Ruch in Ell nwood, Kansas. The sister gave birth to my aunt in 1892 in Lincoln Nebraska snd died three years later. She was also adopted out.
