want to find the Myers' from Dublin and Zanesville area that know
Grand Ma (Corda Beal Myers). If I remember correctly Dublin is
where we used to have The Myers Family Reunion. SIDE NOTE:I Know
you have only just begun but don't forget about the (Corda Beal)
Neal's or Neel's, the (Basil) Lawsons, and what ever Grand Ma's
(Elsie Lawson) maiden name was. I guess I,m Done, for know. :-)

Comments: Researching the family of John Henry
Meyer/Meyers born April 6,1823 in Hanover Germany. Migrated to
the US in 1849 with his wife, Catherine (Haake) and lived in
Chicago Illinois. Moved to a farm between Lake Zurich &
Barrington Illinois shortly before the "great Chicago
fire" of 1871. Children of John Henry & Catherine were:
Charles,b.1853, Henry,b.1856, William Nathan*,b.4/3/1858,
George,b.1860 and Peter W
liam,b.1863. All born in Cook County, Chicago, Illinois. Charles,
Henry and William migrated to Morris County, Kansas and changed
the name from Meyer to Meyers. I have the children of the five
sons, will share.

searching for the families of John Miers, 1773-1862,who married
Lydia ? They had thirteen children including a son, Peter Tinsman
Miers, 1819-1875, who married Elizabeth Young. As children they
lived in Carpentersville and Phillipsburg, New Jersey. Any h lp
is appreciated and I am willing to exchange information.

William A W Myers b. 1815 in SC m. Sarah McCook(or Moye?) and
lived in Wilkinson Co. until 1852. They then relocated to Irwin
Co. where family remains to this day.

Comments: My Myers roots are in the mid 19th century in
New Jersey. My great grandfathers first wife was Julia Ann
Myers the daughter of Philip and Levinia Lott Myers.
Eleazers sister, Elizabeth, married Julias brother
John. Eleazers daughter, Eva Virginia Gard er, married a
Phillip Myers ( I dont know if she was related to the other
Myers or not). Surnames included in the family tree are Apgar,
Bradbury, Cottrell, Gardner, King, Lacock, Lott, McKenna, Miflin,
and Seevers.
