Marty Preston lives in West Virginia and enjoys everything about the outdoors, except killing animals even when hunting. He meets up with a cute beagle who he thinks is being abused by his owner, Judd Travers. Judd Travers is a mean and horrible man who is known by the community as someone who abuses animals. Marty is convinced Judd Travers has abused animals, especially Shiloh. He wants to keep him but his parents tell him to return Shiloh to his rightful owner. How does Marty try to keep Shiloh and the other animals safe?
