(comments) yes, i agree... the idea to cancel the 3rd world country debt is very
promising... ofcourse, if you lend some money, you must pay for it... but the problem with
this world lending system, the bank tends to have grip control of that 3rd world country
political system.... however, the 3rd world country must really strive to get out of the
rut... and perhaps the best way for that is to start with every citizen of the country...
doing some simple stuff, just like not throwing garbage anywhere... and the likes...
