19. Elbert⁵ Harring (Peter Janszen⁴, Jan Pieterson³, Pieter² Haring, Jan¹) was born in Harlem, NY or Tappan, NY 3/30/1706.

He married twice. He married Catharine Lent in Tappan, Orange Co., NY, 12/14/1726. He married Elizabeth Bogaert in Harlem, NY, 9/14/1732. She was the daughter of Claas Bogart and Margaret Couselyea.

58 i. Abraham⁶ Harring was born on (birth date unknown).

59 ii. Elizabeth Harring was born on (birth date unknown). She married John De Peyster Jr.

60 iii. Ann Harring was born on (birth date unknown). She married Samuel Kip.

61 iv. Catherine Harring was born on (birth date unknown). She married George Brinkerhoff.

Elbert Harring and Elizabeth Bogaert had the following children:

62 v. Sarah Harring was born before 1787, the first event for which there is a recorded date. She married Gardner Jones by 1787.

Elbert Harring and Catharine Lent had the following children:

63 vi. Catharina Harring was born in Haarlem, Holland 6/1/1729.

Elbert Harring and Elizabeth Bogaert had the following children:

64 vii. Margaret Harring was born 7/8/1733. She married Cornelius Roosevelt. Cornelius was born 7/11/1731. He was the son of unknown Roosevelt.

65 viii. Cornelia Harring was born 2/18/1740/41. She married Samuel Jones.

66 ix. Mary Harring was born 7/13/1751. Her body was interred in Monsey, NY. She married John Harring 10/30/1773. John was born in Tappan, Orange Co., NY 9/28/1739. He was the son of Abraham Peter Harring and Martyntie Bogart. John died 4/1/1809 in Blauveltville, NY, at 69 years of age. His body was interred in Tappan, Orange Co., NY, Tappan Church Cemetery. 67 x. Petrus Harring was born in Tappan, Orange Co., NY 4/28/1754.
