He married Elizabeth Josselyn Cox in Pembroke, MA, 5/20/1798. Elizabeth was born in Pembroke, MA 8/10/1774. She was the daughter of Seth Cox and Elizabeth Josselyn.

Samuel William Josselyn and Elizabeth Josselyn Cox had the following child:

61 i. Deborah Barker⁷ Josselyn was born in Pembroke, MA 5/17/1804. She married Charles Bourne in Hanson, MA or Pembroke, MA, 11/30/1826. Charles was born 1/4/1808. He was the son of James Bourne Jr. and Tamar Josselyn. (See Charles Bourne for the continuation of this line.)
