5. Peter⁴ Worden Jr (Peter³, Peter², William¹ Werden) was born in Clayton, Lancaster, England 1609. Peter died 1/11/1679/80 in Barnstable, MA or Yarmouth, MA.

He married Mercy Winslow. Mercy was born in England 1610. She was the daughter of Edward Winslow and Magdalen Ollyver. Mercy died 3/26/1687 in Barnstable, MA or Yarmouth, MA.

Peter Worden Jr and Mercy Winslow had the following children:

6 i. Martha⁵ Worden was born on (birth date unknown).

+ 7 ii. Samuel Worden was born before 1675, the first event for which there is a recorded date.

8 iii. Mary Worden was born in Yarmouth, MA 2/10/1639. She married John Burgess in Yarmouth, MA, 9/8/1657.

9 iv. Mercy Worden was born 1640. Mercy died 9/22/1688. She married Kenelm Winslow in Yarmouth, MA, 9/23/1667. Kenelm was born in Marshfield, MA 1635. He was the son of Kenelm Winslow and Eleanor Worden. Kenelm died 11/14/1715 in Harwich, MA. (See Kenelm Winslow for the continuation of this line.)
