13. Obadiah⁵ Lyon (Obadiah⁴, Abiel³, Samuel², William¹) was born before 10/28/1773, the first event for which there is a recorded date. Obadiah died 9/27/1847 in Halifax,MA.

He married Lydia Cushman in Halifax, MA, 10/28/1773. Lydia was born in Halifax, MA 10/20/1751. She was the daughter of Abner Cushman and Mary Tilson. Lydia died after 1847.

Obadiah Lyon and Lydia Cushman had the following children:

15 i. Obadiah⁶ Lyon III was born 4/7/1776. He married twice. He married Abigail Tomson in Halifax, MA, 1801. He married Sally Paddock in Halifax, MA, 1810.

16 ii. Lydia Lyon was born 7/26/1778.

17 iii. Sophia Weston Lyon was born 10/23/1780.

18 iv. Rebecca Lyon was born 2/16/1783.

19 v. Sabina Lyon was born in Halifax, MA 3/28/1785. Sabina died 6/27/1859 in Halifax, MA, at 74 years of age. She married James Wade Sr in Halifax, MA, 4/15/1803. James was born in Halifax, MA 4/1/1783. He was the son of Samuel Wade. James died 11/1/1860 in Halifax, MA, at 77 years of age. (See James Wade Sr for the continuation of this line.)

20 vi. Henry Lyon was born 5/30/1787.

21 vii. Joshua Lyon was born 7/26/1790.

22 viii. Isaac Lyon was born 5/31/1793.
