43. John⁴ Howland (John³, John², Henry¹) was born in Barnstable, MA 12/31/1674. John died 2/14/1738 in Barnstable, MA, at 63 years of age.

He married Mary Crocker in Barnstable, MA, 6/18/1719. Mary was born 6/29/1681. She was the daughter of Job Crocker (Deacon) and Hannah Taylor. Mary died 9/10/1759 in Barnstable, MA, at 78 years of age.

John Howland and Mary Crocker had the following children:

47 i. John⁵ Howland was born in Barnstable, MA 2/13/1720/21.

48 ii. Job Howland was born in Barnstable, MA 6/11/1726.
