He married Mary or Mercy Sturtevant. Mary was born 1669. She was the daughter of Samuel Sturtevant Jr.. Mary died 8/18/1698 in Plymouth, MA.

David Bosworth and Mary or Mercy Sturtevant had the following child:

5 i. David³ Bosworth Jr. was born 5/21/1699. David died 6/12/1747 in Halifax, MA, at 48 years of age. He married Priscilla Shaw. Priscilla was born in Plymouth, MA 8/18/1702.
