2. William² Suffern (John¹) was born 5/13/1783.

He married Martha Bertholf.

William Suffern and Martha Bertholf had the following children:

3 i. James³ Suffern was born in Ramapo, NY 1/3/1805.

4 ii. Eliza Suffern was born in Ramapo, NY 12/4/1813. She married Jacob P. Harring in Ramapo, NY, 12/18/1839. Jacob was born 10/7/1812. He was the son of Petrus Harring and Margaret Wannamaker. (See Jacob P. Harring for the continuation of this line.)
