He married Sarah Masterson in Plymouth, MA or Plympton, MA.

John Wood and Sarah Masterson had the following child:

11 i. Elizabeth⁴ Wood was born in Plymouth, MA or Plympton, MA 1650. Elizabeth died in Sandwich, MA. She married Caleb Nye. Caleb was born 1642. He was the son of Benjamin Nye and Katherine Tupper. Caleb died 1704. (See Caleb Nye for the continuation of this line.)
