5. William⁵ Bradford (James⁴, Thomas³, William², William¹) was born in Canterbury, CT 7/1/1718.

He married Mary Cleaveland in Canterbury, CT, 4/6/1743.

William Bradford and Mary Cleaveland had the following child:

6 i. Mary Cleaveland⁶ Bradford was born in Plympton, MA 3/16/1744. Mary died 6/21/1822 in Cornwall, CT, at 78 years of age. She married Austin Bierce in Plympton, MA, 12/1/1768. Austin was born in Halifax, MA 1747/8. He was the son of Austin Bearse and Hannah Stetson. Austin died 5/22/1841 in Cornwall, CT. (See Austin Bierce for the continuation of this line.)
