This is my great grandmother, Katherine Lauhon.  She was born on 8 Oct 1859.  She was married to John Kieser.  She had a very hard life.  She was married to quite a scoundral.  She lived in a 2 room house with her children, while her husband lived in St. Louis.  Their life on the farm was very hard and dangerous.
