Hey all! I watched the LA SOI today! Beautifully done show. Since so many other great reviews have been posted already, I'll try not to go into tedious detail.

First Number with the entire cast was great. They got some really nice formations going there.

Kurt with the Clown program was cute and charming as usual. Solid on all his jumps too. Quiet and charming after the first big noisy number.

Roca/Sur had a nice classical program. They're quite graceful.

Katia's ribbon program is absolutely beautiful. She stepped out of her triple toe, but the rest of the program was really nice, no glitches or anything with the ribbon.

Ilia next. Wonderful as usual. Don't he look cute with that grin of his? =)  he did two double axels (I think the first one was a popped triple but I can't be sure), double loop, triple lutz, triple toe, and a double flip (was that popped accidentally or on purpose?)

Meno/Sand...they did pretty good.  no mistakes

Tara...that Genie In A Bottle program...sorry, but it does nothing for me except "what a little kid."  She landed her two triple toes and a triple loop but they were shaky.

Next came the whole Simon and Garfunkel number. I really really like Kristi's white dress, so beautiful and flowy. The Old Friends number is really sweet and cute. I like it a whole lot.

After the intermission was the Club numbers. Steven Cousins popped his triple salchow. my sister claimed he did another one but that's the only jump I saw him do the whole night.

Chen Lu was NOT in shape. She popped a triple toe and did a really bad two-footed, cheated double axel. Cheated? A world champion? But I like the program where she and Kristi tie up steven...

Tara and Kurt had a cute little program together next. I have to say it was quite quaint. They did side by side triple toes, pretty solid.

Next was Bechke/Petrov with Czardas. That's a really great lively, eye-catching program! Got the whole crowd clapping, nice throw triple salchow, really unique moves (they had one really awesome spin together), and many people's favorites.

Next came the Bolero numbers. Boy was I waiting for that one! Ilia and Katia look PERFECT together!!! You would never guess that they had only recently done pairs (esp Ilia!). They make the cutest couple, with Katia small, elegant, and dainty, and Ilia tall, handsome, adorable...*sigh* The program is absolutely beautiful. One of my favorite moves is the simple spiral together, with Ilia looking so protecting over her. Then they have really really nice, elegant lift, and...I could go on forever about that program. Beautiful, thrilling.

Next Kurt with those shiny pants. Typical Kurt with all the wiggling. Almost fell on a triple flip, but got everything else.

Next Kristi with Smooth. That girl is one solid jumper!  She did a triple lutz in an earlier number, and here she just tossed off a triple flip and triple toe. She is in great shape.

Next came Ilia's baseball cap number. I don't know how many times he dropped it on purpose or on accident, but I saw it hit the ice about three times. But he's adorable with that hat. Of course, he's adorable without it too...

Next was Tara, again trying at her "teenage crowd-pleasing" look with  American Woman. Better this time on the jumps, but still not completely solid. She still hits all of them though.

Next was Scott with Don Quixote. That program is hilarious!!! Everyone loved it and gave him a standing ovation even though he popped both his triple toes. He's so on time with the music and everything, the program is great fun.

Next was the final number, What A Wonderful World. Great formations, like before, really nice choreography going here. All together, a fabulous performance. I had a great night!
