Heart attack after a hectic week (visit to Tante Klaske, in the beginning of
the week; visitors home for two days; visit to Jacques in Apeldoorn on the sixth
itself). Very hot in Holland (35 c.). Very tired and not well when they came
home. Was dead on arrival of the ambulance. (conversation on the phone with Tineke
and Ome Jappie, saturday the 7th of June 1997). Jacobus (Jaap) BOEKEMA and Regina
