Reasons Why I Wrote This
Hi :) Well I guess I should explain why I sat down one day and wrote this page. The day I wrote this I was sitting here listening to the news and for the first time in my life I was actually listening, if you know what I mean? I wasn't just sitting there listening like I was watching a soap opera, I was getting thoughts about how these people must be feeling in those countries where there is war, and of people in our own countries where they were getting murdered and robbed - things like that. I started to really look at the world and where it's heading and I realized we have to do something soon or we won't have a tomorrow to look forward to :( Then I started to look at my own life and some of the things I've done to create this world we live in and I started to realize how stupid I've been :( I know before I got on the net I would never have talked to some of the people I do on here and I realized how stupid it was because you can't judge a person by how they look or even how they act sometimes, because you have to get to know them by their heart to really know who they are. I made some really good friends on here without knowing what they looked like or how they choose to live their lives. Two friends in particular that I made - I found out one was gay and one was bisexual, and I know if I had met them before I got on the net, I wouldn't have given them the time of day, and that makes me so sad :( because they are two of the nicest people I know and if I hadn't taken the time to get to know them, it would have been a great loss to my heart. :( So, like the saying goes, and for the first time in my life, I really live by what it says - so please do the same, ok? :)Dont judge that person until you have walked a mile in their shoes.
