Pro-Life Statue
The culmination of a yearlong project is the
unveiling and dedication of Bishop
O'Connell High School's Pro-Life
memorial, with the inscription, "I came that
you might have
life and have it more abundantly." On
May 27, 1998
Chaplain Father Daniel Mode assisted the Diocessan
Administrator Msgr. James W. McMurtrie in blessing the statue as the student
body watches. The school project was featured on a recent EWTN
cable TV program.
