Creamy Cheese
Ball
7 Layer Dip
Creamy Cheese Ball: (makes 1 good-sized ball) 2- 8oz. packages cream cheese, softened, 1/3 cup finely chopped green onion, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 2 Tlbs. finely chopped green bell pepper, 1/2 Tlbs. parsley flakes, 1/4 tsp. vegetarian Worchestershire sauce, 1/4 tsp. paprika, 12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded, Paprika (optional), Parsley flakes (optional), Chopped pecans (optional)
Mix cream cheese, green onions, garlic, green bell pepper, parsley flakes, Worchestershire sauce, and paprika. Add shredded cheese to this mixture; mix well. Form into a ball. Cover with a good sprinkling of paprika, parsley flakes or chopped pecans. Place in the refrigerator overnight. Serve with crackers. This is best if you let it sit out a bit before serving, so that it softens up a bit. If you don't you'll break you crackers when you try to spread the cheese on them! Recipe from: Lisa Sullivan, my close friend.

Spread the beans evenly to the edges
of a 14-inch platter. Layer remaining ingredients in the order given. Serve
with tortilla chips. Recipe from: Lisa Sullivan, my close friend.
