Bagel Chips
Stuffed Celery

Bagel Chips: 3 plain bagels, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, to taste

Heat oven to 350F degrees. Cut each bagel horizontally into 6 slices. Brush each slice with butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and salt. Cut each slice into 4 pieces. Bake on a cookie sheet about 15 minutes or until light brown and crisp. Serve warm or cool. Store in an air-tight container up to 3 days.

Stuffed Celery: (makes about 1 cup filling) 2/3 cup peanut butter (crunchy or creamy), 3 tsp. soy milk, 3 tsp. soy sauce or tamari, 1/4 tsp. ground ginger, 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds or some raisins, Celery stalks.

In a small bowl, cream together the first 5 ingredients in the order given. Stuff the celery stalks and cut to desired size.
