Banana Bread

Banana Bread (or muffins)
3 3 1/2" x 8" loaves  375 degrees 30 minutes*
6 cups white flour                  6 eggs 
1 cup granulated sugar              6 ounces cooking oil            
1 1/2 cups brown sugar              2 1/2 cups milk
3 tablespoons baking powder         4-5 overly ripe bananas 
1 cup chocolate chips,and or nuts       mashed well but not into liquid
(optional)                          1 teaspoon vanilla
            
Mix together the dry ingerdients. In another bowl mix the wet ingredients 
together, then add to the dry ingredient bowl.
Mix only until blended. Don't over mix. 
Divide into 3 pans, or several smaller ones, or muffin tins. 
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, check frequently after that.
Since my oven is whacky, you will have to adjust the time for your
banana bread.
