KAY AND TY SKYDIVE!!!!
OK. Here's the story. Once upon a time there were a bunch of chat friends, who decided once again they just had to get together and have a helluva weekend! Most had met some of the people coming before, but not everyone had met everyone! Get that??? LOL Well one of the people decided she wanted to go skydiving! But... she was a little nervous... OK OK OK!! She was SCARED TO DEATH!!! But luckily she had her best friends with her. They drove her there, gave her LOTS of moral support... and her very bestest and firstest chat friend even decided to jump with her!! Here are the pictures.... many taken by our own chat photographer, Troy and the rest by another man who she couldn't have made the jump without, Worthless!! He was the professional photographer at the Skydive Center who knew exactly what to say to her when she was jumping out of her skin before the jump. Unlike Ty, damn, brave Kay was just as calm as could be!

We meet Rose, the skymom of the place, who miraculously got me more excited than nervous about actually jumping. She was a very big part of us actually deciding to go thru with it and I can't thank her enough! Because I kind of had other things on my mind besides picture taking I never got a good picture of Rose so I stole this one off her page... Thanks Rose!
This here is Worthless. When Rose first introduced me to him I thought he was my tandem master and I was a LITTLE worried about having one with that kind of name!! But I soon found out he was worth a hell of a lot!! His real name is Bryan Worth, and he is an EXCELLENT videographer and the person most responsible for me making it out of that plane. Wait til you see the video he made... it's PRICELESS!!
Before they let us do this they made us watch a video. Silly me... I thought it was gonna be about what it was like to jump. But ohhhhhh NO... it was about all the risks and how you aren't allowed to sue anyone involved in any way. You have to sign and sign and sign stating you know you risk serious injury or death and swear you have no medical problems ... ya know, high blood pressure or heart problems etc, which OF COURSE Kay and I don't have... and that in no way will you take any legal action against any person from the airport to the makers of the damn buckles on the harness... and get this... if you do... that YOU will be responsible for ALL court fees and any settlements...LOL We signed away... FUCK'EM!

There's our plane!! We were extra lucky that we came there that weekend. This was a special plane, a CASA, up visiting from NC I think. It holds more people and we got to go up to 14,000 ft instead so we got extra freefalling time!! Lucky us!! I wasn't thrilled at the time but now I am so happy about it. You freefall from 14,000 ft to about 5,000 ft. and it takes less than a minute because you are falling at around 120 MPH!! Then you have a 4-5 minute canopy ride. It was such an incredible feeling and went by WAY too fast as it was!
GREEN LIGHT... GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
