Choices
by Barbara Philbrook

There are choices in life that we must make,
each of us having reasons that effect the road we take.

Choices whether to marry or remain single in this life,
do I want the responsibility and joys of being a wife.

Choices whether to get educated for a certain career,
or will I become a mother and be at home, my children to rear.

Not everyone will make the same choice tis true,
each must choose what they desire to do.

The saddest statement any of us can make,
is to declare that someone else's choice was a mistake.

Even God in His great wisdom and love,
does not force us to spend Eternity with Him above.

We do not have to accept salvation from our sin,
it is something we may choose so cleansing can begin.

We can choose also to accept the choices made by each other,
and vow to be an encouragement to each sister or brother.
