Finding peace during the depth of despair,
is evidence that our God is always near.

Situations may be as they were before,
but the peace in our heart is too great to ignore.

An inner calm takes over deep inside,
and we are convinced we have the strength to abide.

Abide with whatever comes our way,
knowing we can give it to God as we pray.

Give it to God with all of it's stress,
and go about our day in peacefulness.

No fears or worries to bring us down,
wearing a look of contentment instead of a frown.

Bearing evidence by the look on our face,
that we are sustained by God's loving grace.

Life's road may have it's ups and downs,
but we needn't always be wearing frowns.

Grace is a gift from God to you,
and accepting what's offered is all that you do.
