God's Grace
by Barbara Philbrook

Once you have accepted Jesus as your personal Savior,
God's grace makes up for your imperfect behavior.

If you are climbing a mountain in your life and your strength is ebbing away,
God's grace fills in so steadily on the right course you stay.

Shadrach,Meshach, and Abed-nego chose to serve only their God,
and were thrown into the fiery furnace where Nebuchadnezzar looked in and saw something odd.

Where three had been thrown bound into that fire that did roar,
the king was astonished to see that walking in the fire were not three but four.

Come hither they were bid come out of that fire,
they told the king they were protected by God for honoring his desire.

Joseph was thrown into a well and then sold as a slave,
but he was put as second in command and from hunger a whole nation he did save.

Daniel was thrown into the lion's den where usually men were eaten,
but God's grace closed the lion's mouth's and those conspirators were beaten.

None of those men were any more important in God's eyes than me or you,
and where we  need it God provides His grace for us too.

So don't let life get you depressed or drag you down in any way,
God's grace is sufficient to strengthen you and I today.

If God be for us  then who or what shall we fear,
no one or no thing can come between us and our God isn't that promise so dear?

God's grace! Oh what a marvelous fear releasing thought,
never again need I trust in myself I'll trust in my God as I ought.

You can have the assurance that God will provide his grace for you,
believe in God and accept Jesus as your savior that's all you have to do.

God's grace God's beautiful grace another of the blessings that God will provide,
won't you open your heart and invite the Lord  inside?
