Guilt Free At Last
by Barbara Philbrook

I am no longer guilty, now I am free,
because my Savior paid the price for me!

Not forgetting the guilt I had incurred in the past,
kept me from going forward but I'm free at last.

By God's grace I can forget the guilt of me at my worse,
an unforgetting memory surely is a curse.

God forgets by choice and by His grace so can we,
God's grace is greater than all of the sins committed by me.

If God has forgiven me why then can't I,
from this moment on, the past, in death, shall lie.

Never again to be resurrected, for I can not change the past,
by the grace of God I am guilt free at last!
