I Asked, You Heard
by Barbara Philbrook

I asked, You heard,
exactly as you said in Your Holy Word.

The ideas were flowing easily into my head,
sometimes late at night I have to get up out of bed.

The message is provided occasionally using terms I've never heard,
it's such a blessing to me how it's all occurred.

When we had enough to serve the need,
when we reached the point where I could not proceed.

You brought forth a warrior smarter and wiser than me,
one who could fill the void and do it constructively.

I don't know where it will end up. You haven't revealed that yet,
but for now we've got pages out on the Internet.

There are people aching and reaching for something to make them whole,
Lord let these messages bring comfort to their soul.

There is sickness more frightening and prevalent then ever before,
things being practiced that you must surely abhor.

There are alternate lifestyles and assisted suicides,
people taking part in things in which  there is no pride.

May the work you have given us to do,
bring Honor and Glory Lord to you.
