I Have All Three
by Barbara Philbrook

I have a Father, a Savior and a Comforter, all Three,
and they continually are watching over me.

I have a Father who loved me before I was born,
a loving Savior who went to the cross He knew He'd die upon.

I have a Comforter to guide me every step of the way,
and all I do is surrender each day as I pray.

I could never have overcome sin on my own,
this is a fact our Father has always known.

So a plan was made by which every man could be saved,
Jesus came, was crucified and laid in a grave.

Three days later He rose once again,
having paid the price of sin for all men.

Now all we do is answer the call,
He desires us saved one and all.

I surrender to the Father in the name of the Son,
They hear each caller each and every one.

The Comforter moves within and starts all the changes,
our likes and dislikes He completely rearranges.

I am no longer lead by unhealthy emotions,
I desire now only to give Him my daily devotions.

Nothing else matters anymore to me,
because I know I am loved unconditionally by all three.

Nothing can happen, nothing can come my way,
which They do not have control of in every way.

Each day is a treasure I will forever carry in my memory,
as I live at home with Them for eternity.

I'll live in a mansion built just for me,
I've been told I can't possibly imagine the beauty I will see.

I'll been told the lion and the lamb will lie together neither in fear,
neither worrying about the other being so near.

To enter Heaven there are pearly gates it's told,
and we will walk on a street paved in gold.

Soon the time will come when we'll all be called home,
I'm so glad no one needs to be left here all alone.

Each must determine within their own heart,
then once you invite Him in the changing can start.

It's up to each of us on our own,
will we accept salvation and the love that we've been shown?

Call on the Father accept what is offered by His Son,
accept them in your heart and your new life is begun.

Do it now and you will be singing with me,
I have a Father, a Savior and a Comforter, all three.
