There is something good in everyone you meet,
cherish that part and leave the other for God to defeat.

It is not up to us to change our fellow man,
just to share with them about God's salvation plan.

No one is perfect, God has lots of changing to do,
but there is hope my friend look what He's done with me and you.

He took those of us defiled by sin,
and changed us into new creatures when we invited Him within.

Now we were unable to make the changes on our own,
and those who haven't heard yet are waiting to be shown.

Offer introductions to all who will hear what you say,
and if they want it you can offer to help them pray.

Don't be judgmental picking who's good and who's not,
there may be things we did but never got caught.

Remember there is no degree of sin,
God has locked the gates of Heaven and won't let us in.

Then Jesus came to pay the price for us all,
and will cover your sins with His blood if on His name you'll call.

Believe in Jesus, confess the same,
and when the Book of life is read we'll hear your name.

No one who calls on Jesus will ever be denied,
He forgives them and starts the changes deep inside.
