In My Father's Home
by Barbara Philbrook

In my Father's home there is plenty of room for me,
and I shall abide with Him throughout eternity.

After His death Jesus went there to reside,
and build mansions in which we will each abide.

A mansion in which we will forever live,
eternally our praises to God we'll give.

Never again to know sadness nor pain,
never again to reach for what is impossible to attain.

No more tears due to loosing a loved one to ill health,
no need to worry about needs or wealth.

Having all of  the abilities we once wished we'd possessed,
living out eternity in complete happiness.

Sharing each day with others who too love the Lord,
who wish all of His attributes to forever applaud.

In my Father's home there will be such love and ecstasy,
accept His gift of salvation and come join me.
