Psssssst! Children, did you know that Jesus is waiting to hear from you?
He is listening for your voice to tell Him what you choose to do.

Every person, every child, every Mom and Dad,
must make their own choice and if not Jesus will be very sad.

You see God said anyone who sinned had to pay a price,
and that was to eventually loose their life.

Not to be allowed in Heaven where God and Jesus reign,
never to see their loved ones again.

But because God loves us all very much you see,
He made a plan where Jesus dies instead of you and me.

Jesus came and lived here on earth,
was beaten up and died on the cross for people of little worth.

Now this is called the gift of salvation,
and when you understand what it is, that's called revelation.

Once the story is revealed to you,
there is some serious deciding that each of you must do.

Though the gift of salvation is absolutely free,
it must be accepted by each of us you see.

How I wonder do I accept the gift offered to me?
I tell God I believe that He is God and His Son died to set me free.

I must confess that I have sinned before,
and that I am very sorry and don't intend to sin anymore.

I must ask Jesus to live in my heart,
and to give me the Holy Spirit who a good work in me will start.

I must surrender my will each new day,
I do this as I kneel beside my bed to pray.

When there is something tempting me to be bad,
I must ask myself "Do I want to make Jesus sad?"

One day in Heaven we will hear Jesus say,
I am proud of you for the decision you made that day.

Now that you know this special truth,
you must share it with all of the other youth.

"Psssssst! Listen" is what you will say,
"I have a special story I would like to share with you today."

That is how the word of salvation is spread,
that is how to the cross of Jesus other sinners are led.
